Our Business

Big Eyes Bakery was established in 2002 in Putnam Valley, NY. In 2004 we relocated to Mount Holly, VT.

We take pride in our bakery products, how they are made and how they are presented to our customers. We do not use pie fillings, frozen dough or pre-made crusts.

We support local farms throughout Vermont.

Who We Are

Brigid is our baker. After retiring in 2001 from the New York City Police Department, she attended school in NYC for Baking & Catering.

 Paul is the business manager, and also sells our products at local farmer's markets. He retired from the NYCPD in 2003.

Our business has been featured in the Rutland Business Journal.

We are members of the Okemo Chamber of Commerce
